1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfers (ACH / Wire Transfer, where applicable)

Cash payments are not accepted unless agreed to in writing in advance.

2. Card Payments

  • Card payments are processed securely through our payment provider

  • All card transactions are subject to successful authorization

  • We are not responsible for declined payments due to insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or network issues

  • Full payment must be completed before goods are shipped or services begin

3. Bank Transfers

  • Bank transfer details will be provided on your invoice or quotation

  • Orders or services will only be processed once payment is received and confirmed

  • Customers are responsible for any bank or transfer fees

  • Solar Electrical Engineering is not responsible for delays caused by banking processing times

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Prices quoted are valid only for the period stated on the quotation or invoice

  • Late or incomplete payments may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of orders or services

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy

  • Card refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Bank transfer refunds are sent back to the original bank account

  • Any non-refundable fees charged by payment providers may be deducted

  • Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for refunds

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional payment verification

  • Decline or reverse transactions suspected of fraud

  • Hold or cancel orders until payment verification is completed
